The house is equipped with underfloor heating that have to be regulated by the “Vimar" panels that are located on the wall of each room.
Adjust the temperature
The setting we suggest is 21 degrees. In any case, the minimum allowed is 19 degrees and the maximum is 21 degrees.

Hot water is regulated by a boiler located outside the apartment. In case of hot water lack please contact our Staff
